Welcome to Xenia’s Bites, my name is Ksenija, I’m a well-being enthusiast, professional chef, certified nutritionist, and food lover! I believe that food is a powerful tool to transform lives, not just something we do every day.
I was growing up in a charming country named Latvia, where I experienced the beauty of its landscapes. Throughout my life, I have embarked on a remarkable journey, traveling to more than 25 countries and immersing myself in diverse cultures and traditions.
My journey started with a huge love for cooking, a real passion for sports and adventure, and one big mission: helping people live better lives full of joy and health. Traveling and getting to know all the incredible cultures out there is a big part of what makes me tick, but what really gets me going is setting the record straight about food.
As I’ve explored different places, I’ve also tried out some pretty weird food advice. I’m talking about everything from cutting out sugar completely to even skipping meals in the name of health. But guess what? It didn’t quite turn out the way I thought it would! These experiments were more like exciting detours that taught me a whole lot along the way.
